The Cascio Tracks

Back in late 2007, Jackson had went to New Jersey to visit the Cascio family and stayed there for 3 months. Jackson have been friends with the Cascios around the 1980's, which he is calling them his "second family". It was known that Jackson had recorded 12 new songs at the Cascios' basements. He wrote 12 new songs with Eddie Cascio and James Porte. It had been set to release in early 2008 but was cancelled. In November 2010, the Cascio track "Breaking News" was released on the official site of Michael Jackson for one week. The song had received many negative reviews, claiming the song was not sung by Michael. Later on in December, the song was released on the first posthumous album called "Michael". The authenticity of the 3 Cascio tracks "Breaking News", Keep Your Head Up", and "Monster" has been ongoing controversy among fans of Jackson. Even Jackson's mother, Katherine, his two kids, Prince and Paris, and some of his siblings claiming it's not Jackson singing. Many fans believed it was recorded by Jason Malachi, which he completely denied. Teddy Riley produced the two Cascio tracks, "Breaking News" and "Monster", said that he had to more processing to the voice. Also said that he used "melodyne" fix the flat notes, and was the reason why some of the vibrato sounds a little off or processed. The questionings had been going on since then.

The other 9 Cascio tracks were planned to be on the "Michael" but did not make the cut.

  1. I'm sorry, but Paris didn't say a word about Michael singing on those tracks or not. She said only "Hold my hand is my dad actually singing", that's all she ever told about Michael album, please, don't mislead people

  9. The Cascio tracks are known fakes. The songs were even registered for copyright several days AFTER MICHAEL JACKSON DIED. I wonder why that was arranged hmm. MJ fans are sometimes not that investigative. Do the research.

    1. They were copyrighted days after he died because that's how soon after they began putting the album together. It's a blatant cash grab but in no way suggests it was not his voice.

More to the point. Monster in particular has vocals which match or perhaps even exceed some of Michael's best performances. If someone other than Michael was that good he would be selling millions of his own albums, not pretending to be someone else on a dead man's album.

  10. Furthermore... The Cascio claim the computer with ALL the tracks for the songs were "deleted". The a capella track for "Breaking News" vanished from YouTube without a trace when the album came out...

  11. I take all my statements back. I now agree that those tracks are fakes and my apologies to the family not that they need it.

  12. I'm a TiC espert. I'm sure aboout two things
    1) MJ is the singer of this songs
    2) Jason Malachi did not sung any song

PD. The audio analisis of Dr. Goerge, have a bad metodology, and his conclusions are very erroneus. This audiolog is an usual forensic of speach voice, but rather of music

  13. well here is some new facts that the cascio tracks are indeed mj the songs where actually recorded by him michael jackson was afraid to release the songs because as a true fan would know michael was afraid that some one was out to kill him

  14. I heard the album and I will confirm it is all Jason Malachi but I believe these songs were written for the Invincible album but Michael never recorded them so they bought in Jason to sing the tracks for the Michael album but only 3 of them made it to the album.
